Without your phone number, Nova would have a very hard time texting you.

DoneScout works primarily through text messages.
By signing up and verifying your phone number, you consent to receive:
- Reminder messages you create
- Account notifications
- Verification messages
- Service-related communications
Message frequency depends on the reminders you create. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You can stop messages at any time by texting:
AI Processing
Nova uses artificial intelligence to understand reminder requests and generate accountability messages.

AI helps DoneScout:

- Create reminder messages

Your reminder content may be processed by trusted AI providers that help power DoneScout.
Your personal reminder data is not used by DoneScout to train public AI models.

DoneScout relies on trusted providers to operate the service.

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
Data Retention
We retain your account information, reminders, and message history while your account remains active.
If you delete your account:
- Your reminders are removed
- Your settings are removed
- Your account information is removed from DoneScout systems within a reasonable period

DoneScout is intended for users who are at least 17 years old.
